The house

Great steak starts long before it reaches the grill.

We choose British beef for character, provenance and the way it eats — then dry-age selected cuts until the flavour is deep and the texture exactly right.

From there, we keep things direct: live charcoal, proper seasoning, patient resting and sauces made in our own kitchen. The room may be polished, but the pleasure is elemental.

Our open grill is the heartbeat of the room. Oak and charcoal bring heat, smoke and a crisp mineral crust — then time on the pass lets every steak settle before it reaches you.
